For this collection of recycled and ecological custom rugs we have used the ECONYL ® fiber a recycled nylon extracted mainly from waste thrown into the sea, such as fishing nets and plastics, which can be regenerated an unlimited number of times without affecting its quality. This is a path that is opening up for us and a very important step towards the regeneration of the planet.
Creating trends and being eco-friendly are compatible. RECIKLA recycled carpets are, on the other hand, an original collection of custom-made carpets. The appearance is that of hand-woven oriental rugs made using the “abrash” technique. through which, by means of different dye colours, a worn appearance is achieved in an artisanal way.
As a custom rug, finishing the rug is necessary . There are as many possibilities as there are tastes. Our suggestion is the SUPER FEST and MINI FEST wool edging finish, the ANTELOOK finish or the STRONG BANDA finish... but this, as always, is up to you.
